The guys are staying busy as we round into 3rd crop hay and wait for the upcoming harvest time.
Sweet corn is coming to a close so the kids were helping out to freeze some to have over the winter.
The guys have finished up with wheat and now are staying busy hauling bales to customer and also hauling gravel. Along with all that Metrogro started up again this past Monday.
The guys are working hard on the 1st day of wheat harvest and getting some great pictures for us.
Kevin & Erika took at trip to the world headquarters for Deere and Company July 12th and had a great time.
The kids went out and took some fun photos of the corn showing that its doing excellent and is way higher than knee high.
This weekend was Dairy Days in Brooklyn with an antique tractor pull on Saturday. We did not pull our tractors but we did take them down to the park for the show.
This is the first year the Stoughton fair is having a meat animal sale and we hope to get more people out to help support the 4-H & FFA kids with their projects. The fair starts Wednesday July 2nd and the auction is Saturday July 5th. You can find the Klahn family in the swine barn with 5 Klahn kids showing this year.
